Welcome to the third edition of our weekly newsletter where we uncover the latest events, jobs, resources, and more across the VC landscape.

We’re cutting the fluff and making each email as info-packed and digestible as possible. As always, my goal is for you to use this newsletter as a weekly bite-sized update to navigate the venture world.

Investor & Founder Events

It looks like Partners ended their summer trips early because there’s been no slowdown in deal flow. But that hasn’t stopped VCs and founders from sneaking out of the office.

My take: Perfect for those operating in or investing in the creator economy and tangential industries. Nadya Okamoto (special guest, co-founder of August) is a 2x founder with multiple successful fundraises and 4.5M followers. Given I have less than 1k and trying to grow my sub count, I will be taking notes.

My take: As a B2B investor and founder, I’ve realized that the B2B scene (especially in NYC) is very close-knit and supportive. This is a perfect way to be introduced to the community while enjoying some bevs.

My take: Rooftop, Boston, and AI - the trio you never expected but suddenly need. While the event is geared towards founders and operators, this makes for a perfect opportunity for investors scouting out the next best deals.

My take: Kaila and the team at Antler are doing god’s work and opening up their space to the startup community every Thursday for a 9-5 co-working session. They have snacks, drinks, phone booths, and it’s located next to Union Square. Antler co-working > WFH
